"Jeff is great. He sold my condo for me while I was out of state and somehow kept me feeling involved and well-informed while actually requiring very little of me. From the day my tenant moved out to the closing date of the sale was only a month and that time included a well-targeted and efficiently executed “refresh” of the unit that Jeff planned and oversaw.
